ASSESSING SAFETY COMPANIES

VISIT THE COMPANY'S HEAD OFFICE

Own or leased;
How long it is in the place;
Location;
Facilities;
Work environment;
Selection process;
Career plan;
Labor lawsuits.

VISIT THE COMPANY'S CLIENTS

Ask for technical capacity certificate;
Talk to the service taker;

TALK TO THE SAFETY COMPANY'S COLABORATORS

Payments (Overtime, punctuality and correction of payments);
Benefits;
Treatment;
Uniform conditions;
Personal presentation.

CHECK THE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF THE OPERATIONAL TEAM

Formation courses:
University;
Technician;
MBA and university extension;
DSE, ASE, CPP, ESG;

Courses abroad.

QUOTATION CONTRACT

It is preferable that the grace period of the contract is not over one month, except for the collective bargain month;
Everything that is negotiated shall be under contract.
Weekly quantity of visits of the Supervision;
Equipment made available;
Training courses;
Guarantee of payments of salaries, benefits, according to CLT and Collective Convention.
Specify the staff, shifts, and schedules.
Quantify and qualify the equipment.
Invite at least three companies within the aforementioned criteria.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Articles of Association registered with Jucesp;
CNPJ through the program of Federal Revenue Service (Via internet);
Check the name of the person the company is registered in (NIRE - Company’s Enrollment and Registration Number);
See last articles of association;
Authorization of surveillance service provision;
Safety certificate of the Federal Police office (Validity of 1 year);
Authorization of Civil Police (D.I.R.D.); Recommended, but not mandatory;

CRS (Safety Regularity Certificate);

 

LEGISLATION


Law no. 7.102, of June 20, 1983, is the main law that regulates the safety service provision, it provides on safety for financial establishments, establishes standards for constitution and working of private companies that explore surveillance services and transportation of values, and provides other measures.
